and service activities recovered strongly thanks to increased consumer
          demand,  social  security  was  paid  attention  to  and  achieved  certain
          results.

                1. Economic growth

                 The  Gross  Regional  Domestic  Products  (GRDP)  in  2023  was
          estimated to increase by 6.67% compared to the previous year (it was
          7.15% in 2022). Of which, the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector
          rose  by  5.42%,  contributing  1.07  percentage  points  to  the  overall
          growth;  the  industry  -  construction  sector  expanded  by  9.41%,

          contributing  2.67  percentage  points;  the  service  sector  spread  by
          5.89%, contributing 2.85 percentage points; the taxes less subsidies on
          products grew by 4.08%, contributing 0.17 percentage points.

                The  agriculture,  forestry  and  fishery  sector  increased  by  5.41%
          over the previous year. The agriculture sector, the production of annual
          crops  had  a  good  harvest,  the  production  of  cereals  increased  by
          22.80%; the production of livestock and poultry living-weight increased
          by 6.54%... The fishery sector faced many difficulties in labor shortages

          and the impact of shrimp diseases, however, people switched to raising
          other aquatic products, so the fishery output increased by 2.39%. As for
          the forestry sector, export orders for wood products decreased sharply,
          the  demand  for  raw  wood  decreased,  therefore  the  production  of
          exploited wood reduced by 8.85%.

                The  industry  and  construction  sector  increased  by  9.41%
          compared to the previous  year (it was 14.51% in 2022). The industry
          sector increased by 13.87%, contributing 2.08 percentage points to the

          overall growth rate. In the industry sector, the main driving force was
          the electricity  production and distribution, up 28.02%, contributing to
          the overall growth rate thanks to coming into commercial operation in
          2023 of 3 additional wind power projects and the previously operated
          wind and solar power projects operating at better capacity, resulting the
          electricity output to increase.
