EXPLANATION OF TERMINOLOGY, CONTENT AND

          METHODOLOGY OF SOME STATISTICAL INDICATORS ON

                EDUCATION, TRAINING

                Kindergarten school is a pre-school educational institute, enrolling
          children from 3 to 6 years old. Kindergarten school includes kindergarten

          classes.
                Primary  school  is  a  general  education  institute  undertaking  the

          general education curriculum for primary tier from grade 01 to grade 05.

                Lower secondary school is a general education institute undertaking
          the general education curriculum for lower secondary tier from grade 06 to
          grade 09.

                Upper secondary school is a general education institute undertaking
          the general education curriculum for upper secondary tier from grade 10 to
          grade 12.

                Escalator  school  is  a  general  education  institute  undertaking  the
          general  education  curriculum  for  two  tiers  and  more.  Escalator  school
          consists of: (1) primary and lower secondary school; (2) Lower and upper
          secondary school, (3) Primary, lower secondary and upper secondary school.

                Class of general education refers to a class of the general school,
          including pupils who study the same one or many education programs, are
          taught by one or many teachers and directly managed by a head teacher.

          General classes include classes of primary school, lower secondary school
          and upper secondary school.

                Teachers  of  general  school  refers  to  those  who  are  educated  and
          qualified to carry out educating and teaching job in the general schools by
          each  appropriate  education  level.  Teachers  of  general  school  by  grade
          include  teachers  of  primary  schools,  lower  secondary  schools  and  upper
          secondary schools.
