The number of non-farm individual business establishments in
2023 was 47,443 establishments, a year-on-year reduction of 2.83%. Of
which: the industrial establishments accounted for 19.51%, mainly in
the manufacturing; service business establishments accounted for
80.49%, with a focus on the wholesale and retail with more than 21,000
establishments, accounting for 44.63% of the total number of
establishments.
